Who will handle your matter
Every matter is allocated to a practitioner who is accountable for it. You will be told who that is at the outset, along with a direct way to reach them. Support work — FICA verification, deeds office lodgements, SARS submissions, file administration — is handled in-house so that documents do not sit waiting between firms.
If you would like to discuss a matter with a specific practitioner, mention it when you call or write and we will arrange it. Our about page sets out the firm’s qualifications and approach in more detail.
